No worries! This class is designed for complete beginners. Jess will walk you through each step in a relaxed, hands-on way, focusing on the basics. You’ll learn by feel and leave with the confidence to bake at home.

The only thing you need to bring is a bowl to take your dough home in. An apron is optional but recommended if you want to get the full baking experience. Everything else, including a scoring tool, will be provided.

You won’t bake your sourdough in class, but you’ll prepare your dough and take it home to bake at the perfect time. You’ll also leave with a freshly baked loaf made by Jess, so you can enjoy the taste of sourdough right away.
